Our company is run by a small yet devoted staff in Jupiter, Florida. Dr. Ben A. Hirst, NFPA member since 2001 and author of the Exam Prep® book series for fire and EMS, is the President and Founder of PTS. His son, Walter, is a Fire Captain at Delray Beach Fire Rescue and is Vice President of Product Development and Operations for the company. Other staff include Ellen Korn, Technical Editor; Helen Hirst, Exam Prep Representative, Ann Hirst, Secretary, Vicki Sheppard, Division Chief of Training, Retired, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, Technical Consultant
